PETERSEN AND WHITE CAPTURE ALL STAR PRO GOLF TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Gothenburg, NE- The team of Jon Petersen, PGA of Tiburon GC (Omaha) and Jim White, PGA MP of The Fairways at Lincoln  captured the 2018 All Star Pro Golf Team Championship hosted at Wild Horse Golf Club. Petersen and White finished at 19-under-par which was good enough for a two shot victory over the team of Ted DiGiacomo, PGA and Troy Harder, PGA.

Conditions started off very tough in the morning, as cold temps and blustery winds made scoring very difficult in the first round of Best Ball format. White and Petersen were able to battle the fierce conditions and post an impressive bogey free seven-under-par 65. Nick Wanderscheid, PGA and Shane Zywiec, PGA battled played alongside White and Petersen, and posted  six-under-par 66 to remain within striking distance heading into the afternoon Scramble format.
